Cancellation Policy:
At Redcatch School of Dance, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to plan staffing, studio hire, and resources effectively.
Cancellations by Parents/Guardians
* More than 14 days before camp starts: Full refund.
* 7–14 days before camp starts: 50% refund.
* Less than 7 days before camp starts: No refund available.
Illness or Injury

If your child is unable to attend due to illness or injury, refunds are not available. At our discretion, we may offer a credit for a future camp (medical evidence may be requested).
Missed Days

We’re unable to offer refunds or credits for missed days once camp has started.
If We Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a camp, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
